Brussels Declaration Network of European Integrity and Whistleblowing Authorities (NEIWA)

The 4th meeting of the Network of Integrity and Whistleblowing Authorities was held virtually on 3 and 4 December 2020 “in Brussels”. The topics of competent authorities, support measures, sanctions and scope of the Directive were discussed. A Brussels Declaration, with 8 recommendations, has been adopted. Most important is the call on legislators to ensure the Directive is transposed in their national Member States in time.
