Neiwa Declaration 17 September 2021

With exactly 3 months until the deadline for transposing the Directive 1937/2019 in national law, the Network of European Integrity and Whistleblowing Authorities (NEIWA) has adopted on 17 September 2021 a “final call” declaration. In this declaration NEIWA recalls it’s most important messages of the past years, amongst them the call on legislators to ensure the timely and correct transposition of the Directive and to make sure the competent authorities are sufficiently equipped to perform their tasks.
